WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, the undersigned parent/guardian of the above-named participant, understand that participation in equestrian activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of injury, illness, or death arising from contact with horses, equipment, or other participants.

I acknowledge that horses are unpredictable animals and that participation in a Lead Line class carries inherent risks despite all reasonable safety precautions being taken by the organizers.

On behalf of myself and the participant, I hereby:

Assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of participation
Release and hold harmless the event organizers, facility owners, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability
Confirm that the participant is physically fit to participate in this activity
Agree to follow all rules and instructions provided by event staff

I understand that approved riding helmets must be worn at all times while mounted.
